Quirky and ideal hotel located in a residential area just off Blue Beach, and sea. Beautifully maintained room plus with a king bed. Very central location of the property, pretty friendly and supper friendly staff on reception desk. The rooftop restaurant for evening meals.

The employees on the reception desk are caring and attentive. The location is excellent and fantastic for the price, right next to the railway, promenade, main street in Nice, Avenue Jean Medecin, and the Emerald Waterways river cruise.

Had a great time here! The room was bright and super clean. The whole place was amazing. Absolutely loved the room with a balcony, the bed was like sleeping on a cloud ☁️. All the staff were super friendly and made me feel right at home.

It has amazing location for visiting an enormous shopping mall. 100 feet are distance to the restaurant...

The hotel seems to have some issues with communication and responsiveness, as seen in the reviews where guests were not given the room they requested or had their dietary needs met.

I recently stayed at Splendid Hotel & Spa for a few days and had a fantastic experience. The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly from start to finish. The location of the hotel was perfect, with easy access to shopping, restaurants, and just a short walk to the beach. The hotel bar and restaurant on the top floor offered a beautiful view of the city. The pool and jacuzzi on the rooftop terrace were a great addition, and the modern design of the hotel was impressive. The Deluxe rooms had wide and comfortable balconies, adding a nice touch to the stay. The wifi was fast and reliable, which was a plus.

I definitely got great value for my money at Splendid Hotel & Spa. The room was lovely and the location was perfect, close to the beach and tram station. The staff treated me with friendliness and helpfulness throughout my stay.

I absolutely loved this hotel! The location was perfect, just a short walk from the train station. The rooftop pool and restaurant/bar were a highlight for me, especially on those hot days. The views from up there were simply breathtaking. The hotel had a modern design that was both stylish and comfortable. I particularly enjoyed the wide and comfortable balcony in the Deluxe rooms. It was the perfect spot to relax and take in the surroundings.

I had a few minor issues during my stay. The bar fridge in the room was not very cold and quite small, not really practical for keeping drinks chilled.

The staff were friendly and apologetic. The spa sessions were 45 minutes. Free parking and breakfast were provided as compensation. The rooftop pool and restaurant/bar were enjoyable in the hot weather. The location was convenient, with a nearby supermarket and walking distance to the train station.

We recently stayed in a hotel during our city break and found it to be a decent experience. We were pleasantly surprised when we received complementary drinks upon arrival which was a nice touch. The hotel is situated in a great location, near many restaurants and attractions. The room we had was spacious and had a lovely view of the city skyline.
