The shower barely worked, providing only scalding hot water. I reported this issue multiple times, but no one came to address the problem. Upon checkout, they didn’t believe I had made my payment and I had to waste time proving it.

I had a wonderful stay at Splendid Hotel & Spa. The location is perfect, just a short walk to the old town and close to the beach. The rooftop pool felt luxurious, and it was nice to relax with a drink while enjoying the views. The staff were friendly and attentive, which made a big difference. I felt welcome the entire time. My room was spacious and comfortable, with a lovely balcony to enjoy the sun. However, the air conditioning wasn’t efficient. it took too long to cool down the room. I noticed the breakfast options seemed pricey, and the quality didn’t match the cost. It lacked variety and fresh ingredients. I felt they could improve this area significantly. Also, the shower was a bit awkward with no curtain, which made it hard to avoid getting the bathroom floor wet. Despite these issues, the stay was generally pleasant. I would certainly consider returning for the great location and friendly staff.

The bathroom included free toiletries and a hairdryer. Loved that there’s a spa with whirlpool facilities for unwinding after a busy day.

The location was super convenient, just a quick walk to the beach and tram. Got a comfy room, but that shower situation was odd with no door. Loved the breakfast with yummy options and the bar area on the roof was just the best for chilling after a day out. Wish the staff was a bit more helpful sometimes.

Each morning began beautifully with a delicious breakfast on the terrace, featuring an extensive selection including fresh pastries and fruit. I enjoyed the proximity to many restaurants, making dining options plentiful. The spa experience was also a highlight, with Cynthia providing exceptional service.

The street noise was more prominent than I anticipated, disrupting the quiet atmosphere in the room.

This hotel was an excellent fit for a weekend adventure in Nice with good price value. I loved the large balcony and amazing bath in our room. If you have special dietary needs, plan to eat elsewhere.
